Description
A pure, natural paraffin oil with a high refining level that contains anti-wear and oiliness additives. Ibercut A is particularly suitable for work with light materials, such as: Brass, aluminium, copper, cathode copper, duralumin, Zamak and resulpherised and lead plated steel. As it does not contain
free sulphur, it can be used to machine non-ferric materials.
Properties and Recommendations
Its transparency and clear colour allow work areas to be easily seen. Its main applications are: machining light alloys, automatic machining of parts at high speed, drilling, sawing with circular saws, the use of mandrels and milling. Recommended for work with soft and yellow metals.To avoid the appearance of smoke, it is advisable to direct a strong jet on the area of work. High ignition point, meaning it can be used without risk.
